Sales Tax

New York State sales tax will be charged to all NY state residents.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Sorry, no checks but we do accept money orders.


  • All products are shipped from the US.
  • We ship worldwide using standard UPS/USPS with delivery confirmation. All shipping items are always insured.
  • Depending where we are shipping to, it can take anywhere from 2 days- 1 week. If you need a more accurate time frame, please contact us .
  • The receiver has full responsibilty for all import duties, taxes and extra costs that are associated with the package entering the destination country. DEGAS USA will not be held responsible for these charges.
  • Please make sure your address is correct. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, or because the package was unclaimed, we will not resend the package without an additional fee for reshipping the package. If  DEGAS USA makes the mistake, DEGAS USA will resend the package at no extra cost.

Return Policy

DEGAS USA will do its best to make sure that our customers are always satisfied with their DEGAS purchases.
Customized  items and back orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless for faults.
  • There is a 10 day return period.
  • All products must be returned within 10 days and in its original condition and packaging, with tag and label attached.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We strongly suggest you insure your shipment.
  • All sale items are final sale.
Degas leotards can  only be exchanged. If there is a fault in production you must send an email explaining what the problem is,  (sales receipt number if known) and when. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK UNLESS YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM US!! Please send your email to degasinfo@gmail.com Items must also be:
  • Returned within 10 days of purchasing/receiving your order.
  • Packed in their original package with all original tags and labels attached, as was received.
  • Clearly the garment must not have been worn and must not have been washed . Returned postage paid by us if in fact the fault is ours.
  • For all exchanges, please add a 5.00 check/money order or pay using PayPal below:
Re-Shipping Fee
Items returned that do not comply with our return policy will be discarded or returned at the customers' expense. Only items bought directly from DEGAS USA may be returned.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, you must email or contact us so that the processing can be stopped. If the order has been shipped, you can refuse the delivery of the shipment. You will still be accountable for a 10% restocking fee and shipment fee.


DEGAS tries to be as accurate in the descriptions, pictures and pricing of our products. However, if a price for a product listed is incorrect, DEGAS USA has the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or cancel the order of the product with the inaccurate price.

DEGAS will make every effort to meet your needs for recital and performances Special orders are not returnable or refundable. Some items can be on back order. In that event, customers will be notified via email ASAP.
